These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms and conditions on which Anna Rose patterns offers and sells its Digital Products to its Customers for strictly individual and private use.
These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, except preliminary, express and written exemption.
Hereinafter, the term “Site” means the Anna Rose patterns online store accessible at www.annarosepatterns.com, the term “Customer” means any natural person visiting or making a purchase on the Site, the term “Order” “Means the sales contract between Anna Rose patterns and the Customer and the term” Digital Product “refers to all content, downloadable patterns and tutorials on the Site.
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by Anna Rose patterns, the applicable conditions being those in effect at the date of the Order by the Customer.
The Site and the Digital Products are intended exclusively for private individuals and are not intended for professionals and are therefore subject to Articles 111-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
The design of Digital Products Anna Rose patterns has required significant work of creation on the part of its author. All the sewing patterns sold by Anna Rose patterns were the subject of a deposit at the INPI.
All elements and products on the Site are the property of Maud Demarque and are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without prior permission.
Anna Rose patterns are reserved for private use; all public use, commercial exploitation (sewing classes, sale of clothing made from these patterns …), any form of copy, adaptation and / or free or paid diffusion is prohibited and punishable by law.
Anna Rose patterns strives to give as much detail as possible about the articles presented. The photos of the articles appearing on the Site are non-contractual; they are as faithful as possible but the company can not ensure a perfect similarity with the ordered article. The buyer can not in any way blame the seller.
- Obligations of the Customer
The Customer declares to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to hold a parental authorization allowing him to make an Order on www.annarosepatterns.com
The Customer undertakes to communicate to Anna Rose patterns the real and necessary information needed to perform the service that is the subject of these conditions as requested online and according to his situation, including his surname, first name, address, phone and e-mail valid.
The Customer is responsible for the consequences arising from information transmitted false or inaccurate or whose recovery is illegal.
The Customer may modify his data under the heading “my account”.
- Price and Payment
The prices appearing on the Site are in euros TTC (VAT not applicable).
Prices can be changed at any time by Anna Rose patterns, without notice, especially in case of change of tax or economic data.
Ordered Digital Products must be paid in euros and online. Bank charges incurred by the payment are the responsibility of the Customer.
Online payment is by credit card or using a Paypal payment account.
The payment solutions adopted by Anna Rose patterns are 100% secure. For credit card payments, all information that Customers communicate to Anna Rose patterns is strictly protected and ensures the compliance and security of each transaction.
An electronic invoice is sent to the Customer once the payment has been validated and is also available in the “my account” section.
- Availability of Digital Products
Digital Products are delivered via web links to the corresponding files.
Upon receipt of payment of the Order, these links are available:
– by email received at the Customer’s email address registered in his account.
– on the online store in the “my account” section.
Downloads are limited to 5 and are active for 21 days. It is therefore advisable for the Customer to save his files.
- Retraction
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the context of Digital Products downloadable directly from the websites, if the product has been downloaded at least once.
The Customer undertakes to check the state of his internet connection and his ability to download the product. A bad internet connection of the buyer making the download of the product impossible can in no case be attributable to the seller and can not constitute a reason for withdrawal.
- Data protection
The data entered during the Order, allowing the payment of the Order, are requested only for the purpose of processing the transaction. In the absence of communication of these data, or in case of wrong communication, the responsibility of Anna Rose patterns can not be engaged. In these cases, the Customer remains liable for payment. The Customer may access and correct his data by proving his identity and by writing to the address below. The data needed to process the transaction is treated with the utmost confidentiality.

By the sole fact of validating the Order on the online store, the Customer declares to have read, understood and accepted without reserve the terms of the said Order and the entirety of these general conditions of sale.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 1369-1 of the French Civil Code, these general conditions of sale may be kept by any person visiting the Site, by means of a computer recording and may also be reproduced by the Customer, by the way of their impression.
